Pre-filters
Our pre-filters consist of two plates in AISI 316L stainless steel, closed with knobs; they can be easily removed and washed. Inside they contain a stainless steel mesh, with meshes of different sizes depending on the filtration required: 200 microns (fine mesh), 400 microns (medium mesh), 800 microns (large mesh).

They may be mounted directly on our electric pumps with the existing inlet and outlet connections. They are most often mounted at the outlet to remove the coarser impurities before packaging or fine filtration. For example, they are used in the textile sector to filter colours; in the ceramics industry; and in various applications of the chemical and cosmetics industries to retain grains of raw materials. In the food industry they are used in the herbal and beverage sector where filtration is required to retain impurities while maintaining beneficial substances and the body of the product.
