'Rapid' and 'Ultrarapid' series

The impellers in our pumps are available in different materials according to the products to be treated. NEOPRENE (CR), the most versatile, is suitable for surfactants, glycols, soda, alcohol, hydrocarbons. DUTRAL (EPDM) is recommended for acids, NITRILE (NBR) for mineral oils and terpenes. White SILICONE is suitable for resins, hydrogen peroxide, phenols, soybean oil, olive oil, and is certified for use with food (FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2600), as it is compliant with Directive 89/109 EEC and Regulation EC 1935/2004. These pumps are used to transfer fluids, semifluids and dense products. They are appreciated for being STRONGLY SELF-PRIMING (no need to fill the suction tube upon first use), REVERSIBLE (the direction of flow can be reversed) and easy to disassemble for quick, frequent maintenance. They are also practical to use in the wheeled version, with the electrical system, 

reverse gear and emergency button on board. They are fitted with standard motors with fixed speeds of 1400, 900 or 700 revolutions per minute. They can also be equipped with a speed variator or a servo-ventilated motor for the application of inverters to transport the product gently and for very dense or viscous substances such as pastes, creams or gels. The 'RAPID' series includes models with flow rates from 240 to 45,000 litres/hour at up to 3 atm of head pressure. The standard connections are for hoses, but they can be fitted with other types of connections by request: DIN, GAS, TRI-CLAMP, FLANGED CONNECTIONS. The 'ULTRARAPID' series includes 2 models, with flow rates from 2,000 to 5,400 litres/hr, with a double chamber to achieve a higher head pressure up to 7 atm.
