Production and sale of sanitary pumps

These electric pumps are used to transfer fluids, semifluids and dense products and are appreciated for being STRONGLY SELF-PRIMING (no need to fill the suction tube upon first use), REVERSIBLE (you can reverse the direction) and easy to disassemble for quick, frequent maintenance. They are also practical to use in the wheeled version, with the electrical system, reverse gear and emergency button on board. They are fitted with standard motors with fixed speeds of 1400, 900 or 700 revolutions per minute and can also be equipped with a speed variator or servo-ventilated motor for the application of inverters to gently transport products and for very dense or viscous substances such as pastes, creams, gels, jams, honey and sauces. Several years ago we patented the SANITARY version in consideration of the particular design needs of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors, without altering the reliability and performance qualities that have made the 'RAPID' series appreciated up to now.

Compared to the standard 'RAPID' version, all parts that could cause product stagnation or be a source of contamination have been eliminated: the inside of the pump is a single perfectly smooth body, obtained from solid bar with turning and milling processes, features that allow CIP (clean in place) washing. The impeller and gaskets are made of white SILICONE, a material certified for use in contact with food according to FDA regulations, in implementation of Directive 89/109 EEC and subsequent Regulation EC 1935/2004. The 'RAPID SANITARY' series includes models with flow rates from 240 to 24,000 litres/hour and up to 3 atm of head pressure. The standard connections are for hoses, but they can be fitted with other types of connections by request: DIN, GAS, TRI-CLAMP, FLANGED CONNECTIONS. By request, an AISI 316L stainless-steel motor protection hood can be installed.
