For more than 40 years, Bruno Wolhfarth, in Sordio in the Province of Lodi, has operated on the Italian market and abroad. Founded in the 1960s on the talent and competence of Bruno Wolhfarth, the company has become a point of reference in the design of stainless-steel pumps and filters, advanced machines ideal for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries due to their hygiene and easy maintenance. At the same time the company was founded, Bruno Wolhfarth patented the gasket-free round plate filter in stainless steel.
Following this creation came the stainless-steel pump with flexible elastomer rotor, as well as patents for sanitary pumps and titanium pumps for acids. Industrial machinery, apparatus for pharmaceutical labs, steel filters and plates are designed and produced at our factory in Sordio, feeding energy into Made in Italy products in the sector.
Bruno Wolhfarth is recognized in Italy and abroad especially for its high-quality products. The distinctive feature of our production is the skilful processing of stainless steel and, for over twenty years, also titanium for particular applications.
In particular, the pump body is obtained from a solid bar and skilfully worked through turning and milling, without relying on casting or welding.
In this way, it is possible to obtain smooth, compact surfaces that are also non-porous.
For the design of industrial machinery, filters and pumps and equipment for various sectors, the keyword is 'simplicity'. In fact, the use of gaskets is reduced to the minimum, thereby eliminating stagnation and difficult-to-clean elements. In addition to power and solidity, the hygiene and easy maintenance of our products have led to the success and spread of Wolhfarth brand industrial filters, electric pumps and machinery. We are a trusted partner for companies in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and herbal sectors.
Bruno's work has been enthusiastically handed down to the younger generations of the great Wolhfarth family in order to not waste the wealth of design and technological knowledge and to make investments in the field of innovation and environmental sustainability. In the name of these values, a photovoltaic system was built in 2009 to cover the energy needs of our Sordio-based company.
